Halal Meat Cutter / Butcher Fyza Grocery & Halal Meat Store is looking for a reliable Halal Meat Cutter / Butcher to join our team. The role involves cutting, trimming, preparing, packaging, and labeling fresh halal meat while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Responsibilities Cut, trim, debone, and prepare beef, goat, lamb, chicken, and fish. Prepare custom cuts according to customer requests. Weigh, package, wrap, label, and price meat products. Check meat for freshness and quality. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow proper halal handling and food-safety procedures. Assist customers with meat selections and orders. Monitor and properly store fresh and frozen meat. Safely operate knives, grinders, saws, and other equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous butcher or meat-cutting experience preferred. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of halal meat handling preferred. Ability to work safely in cold environment. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Good customer service and communication skills.(
