As a Meat Service Associate, you'll provide customers with expert recommendations and personalized assistance that elevates the meat-shopping experience. Your product knowledge and passion for customer service will ensure that each customer leaves with not just the perfect cut of meat, but also a smile on their face.
The Opportunity:

You'll be right at the forefront, leading our team to ensure that the Meat Department is the epitome of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your dedication to the craft, combined with your leadership skills, will make every carnivorous connoisseur's experience unparalleled.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the meat department. Guide and train meat department staff, fostering an environment of impeccable service. Motivate and inspire meat department employees and help facilitate personal growth. Ensure high levels of productivity are met. Foster a productive work environment. Communicate job expectations to all meat department employees. Set strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluate outcomes. Aid in the selection, preparation, and display of premium cuts, ensuring top-notch quality and freshness. Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure their experience is second to none. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in meat preparation and storage areas. Ensure adherence to all company policies and food industry regulations. Stay updated with the latest meat trends, preparation techniques, and customer preferences. Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age or older. Complete a pre-employment background check. Minimum of one-year previous experience as a Meat Cutter. Must be a Journeyman Meat Cutter.
