You'll receive paid training, steady full-time hours, paid breaks, benefits, 401(k) match, and career growth opportunities. Your compensation includes a guaranteed tip floor, with additional tips that may increase total earnings.

What You'll DoDeal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera.
Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia.
Handle cards and game equipment accurately.
Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused.
