Job DescriptionThe Floor Supervisor Casino is responsible for overseeing all assigned table games and supervising team members to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, gaming integrity, security standards, and all applicable Company and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain continuous presence and circulation throughout the assigned gaming area to monitor operations and ensure complianceDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all assigned table games, including rules, procedures, and payout calculationsAccurately calculate and verify all gaming payoffs and financial transactionsMonitor and enforce strict compliance with gaming regulations, Company policies, and established proceduresUtilize gaming management systems to access player credit information and process credit issuance in accordance with Company guidelinesCultivate and maintain superior customer relations by evaluating player activity and extending complimentary services strategically to enhance player retention and Company reputationProvide direct supervision, coaching, and professional development support to assigned dealers and gaming staffConduct formal performance evaluations for designated team members on an annual basisInspect and monitor the integrity of gaming equipment, including cards and dice, and authorize new equipment for use only after thorough verificationAddress customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Shift Manager when appropriateQualifications•

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21 yearsComprehensive knowledge of all table games, gaming regulations, and Company policiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse individualsStrong customer service orientation with proven ability to manage player relations effectivelyAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary gaming licenses and certifications as required by regulatory authorities and the CompanyProficiency in mathematical calculations and financial transaction verificationDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure gaming environment•

Preferred Qualifications:
