- Demonstrate a practical working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.
- Ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and all applicable laws.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License. Additional Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer relations disputes
