About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dual Rate Dealer Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the casino floor and ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for supervising dealers and ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service to our patrons. As a Dual Rate Dealer Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our gaming operations and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dealer in a casino environment Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role Excellent customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to obtain a
Gaming License Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with multiple table games, must know craps. Experience with scheduling and payroll software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak multiple languages
Responsibilities:
Supervise dealers and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service to our patrons Oversee the casino floor and ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures Monitor the performance of dealers and provide coaching and feedback as needed Assist with the training of new dealers and ensure that they are properly trained on company policies and procedures Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
As a Dual Rate Dealer Supervisor, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and employees. You will also need to have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach employees. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of casino policies and procedures, as well as the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Finally, you will need to have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
