Role:
As a Dealer, you will play a crucial role in providing an engaging and entertaining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and facilitate various games, ensuring that all players understand the rules and enjoy fair play. You will be tasked with maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all participants. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling cash and chips accurately, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to obtain a gaming license as required by local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dealer or in a customer service role. Knowledge of various table games and their rules. Bilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Deal cards and manage game play for various table games, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with players, answering questions, and resolving any disputes. Monitor the gaming area for compliance with gaming regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests. Accurately handle cash and chips, ensuring all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on game rules and customer service best practices.
