JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for handling slot drops, and table game drops ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the MGC and property policies, procedures and controls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but are not limited to: Ensure the integrity of all soft count transactions.
Assists in table game drops, as well as slot drops, counting money and reconciling count with appropriate departments.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations regard to the implementation of current duties.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; Money handling experience a plus.
