Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef experienced in Japanese cuisine to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sushi restaurant. As the assistant Chef you will be responsible making sushi , and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Also collaboration with the social media team to create content. Develop new ideas while maintaining the traditional integrity of japanese cuisine. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Make sushi Experience Proven experience as a sushi Chef or in a similar role within a Japanese restaurant or food service environment.
