We are a Japanese and Korean fusion restaurant providing sushi and authentic Korean dishes. We are looking for a Sushi Chef to bring authentic Japanese cuisine to life! In this dynamic role, you will craft exquisite sushi dishes with precision, passion, and creativity. Your expertise will elevate our dining experience, delighting guests with beautifully presented, flavorful sushi that showcases your culinary artistry. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty items, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food handling and preparation Execute precise knife skills to cut fish and vegetables efficiently while preserving ingredient quality Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary environment, within the food industry or restaurant settings specializing in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation (1-2 Years of experience

) Strong dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of food safety protocols Excellent knife skills with the ability to handle raw fish safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, presentation, and quality standards
