• Japanese Restaurant Near Brea Mall We are currently hiring a Part-Time Hand Roll Chef for a Japanese hand roll restaurant located near Brea Mall.

No previous experience is required. Beginners are welcome, and training will be provided. Required Availability Applicants must be available to work BOTH of the following daytime shifts:

Tuesday:

11:30 AM

• 3:00

PM Sunday:

11:30 AM

• 3:00 PM In addition, applicants must be available for: At least one weekday evening shift Additional shifts may be available depending on availability and business needs Please apply only if you are regularly available for both Tuesday and Sunday daytime shifts.

Responsibilities Prepare and serve hand rolls according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards Prepare seafood, vegetables, sauces, rice, and other ingredients Maintain freshness, proper food storage, and portion control Keep the hand roll station clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with basic kitchen preparation and cleaning as needed Qualifications No experience necessary — beginners are welcome Training will be provided Sushi, hand roll, or Japanese restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Must be willing to learn Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Basic English communication skills are preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation $17.00
