Duties Friday, Saturday & Sunday schedule with more days potentially Location is a Fujisan market franchise Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout all food handling processes Manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and proper storage of seafood, rice, vegetables, and other supplies Requirements Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role specializing in Japanese cuisine Strong knife skills with the ability to create precise cuts for sushi ingredients Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
