Duties:
```
  • Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients
  • Competent at breaking down a variety of whole fish ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
