Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Overview:

Southern Hospitality Company is Searching for a qualified Chef that can grow with our company. We have launched a meal prep brand as well and have many exciting plans for the future including opening a food truck in January. All Candidates must be willing to work a paid practice shift. You need to be fast and clean in your work the faster you are the more I pay, Attention to detail, cleaning as you go, not to proud to do dishes or peel potato's. You need to have a clean driving record and the ability to run an entire catering event. Communication and the ability to remember clear direction and execute my vision is paramount. Proper Health and safety and keeping my kitchen and equipment clean is also number one on the priority list. Qualifications

• Must work clean and have your food handler's card.
• Must have a proven track record of successful cooking ability.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Fine Dining and Catering Experience a plus.
• Must work well with others and have a positive attitude.
• Must want a career in cooking.
• Must have leadership ability without arrogance.
• Must be able to execute an event with my vision with out me being there
