Requirements Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, particularly wok cooking techniques. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
