CATERING PREP COOK

to our growing events team. Both of these positions will work as a supporting role at off-site events, directly assisting the Lead Chef and culinary team in event execution as follows: preparing food, plating food, setting up and breaking down kitchen space. We are looking for highly motivated, passionate, flexible and trainable team players to help with our off-site event operations. Job Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Lead Chef and culinary team with preparing and plating food to standard.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event space including the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Production shifts at our main kitchen faciility are available.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the food / beverage / hospitality / catering industry

• MUST HAVE

  off site event catering experience.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Access to reliable car or transportation
• must own your own knives
• We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions
• shifts vary week to week. We do not have set schedules available.
