This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food safety, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. As a key leader in our hospitality environment, you will inspire your team, manage food production, and uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence in a fast-paced, fine dining setting. Your expertise will help craft memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a collaborative and innovative kitchen culture. Duties Lead and supervise the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient daily operations Develop and refine menus that showcase creativity, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences while maintaining profitability Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet high standards of taste and visual appeal Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary guidelines across all kitchen activities Coordinate banquet services, catering events, and special functions with precision and professionalism Implement training programs to enhance team skills in cooking techniques, food handling, and hospitality service Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining kitchens with a strong background in food production and restaurant management Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a high-volume environment Extensive banquet experience along with expertise in catering and event service coordination Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety regulations (such as HACCP) Strong skills in menu planning, inventory management, and shift management within the food industry Exceptional team management abilities coupled with excellent communication skills Hands-on experience in kitchen management, culinary arts, food handling, and hospitality service Join us as a Chef de Cuisine to lead with passion, innovate with creativity, and deliver extraordinary culinary experiences that delight every guest.
