The restaurant's Mediterranean-themed premises include a restaurant, a bar, and adjacent covered patio dining. We seek an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to join our Kitchen Team. Our accessible fine dining features premium artisanal pasta, agricultural, fish, fowl and meat products in seasonal coastal Californian and Mediterranean dishes. Service includes lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and special occasion subscription events. Our robust private dining program serves local, national and international clientele.
