Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards. Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring efficient shift management and task delegation. Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures and uphold strict hygiene standards across all kitchen areas. Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and inventory control systems to optimize resources. Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and large-scale event coordination. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and ensure seamless service delivery. Familiarity with restaurant management systems, menu planning, shift management, and hospitality standards.
