What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor the back-of-house team, setting the tone for excellence and collaborationOversee food preparation, plating, and quality standards across all menu itemsManage inventory, ordering, and kitchen logistics to maximize efficiencyWork closely with our Head Chef and management to execute our culinary visionTrain and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environmentEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsContribute to menu development and kitchen innovationYou'll bring solid sous chef experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. A background in bakery or artisanal food preparation is a plus!
