Patients Services Specialist Medical Reception Dermatology/Cosmetic Surgery

Do you enjoy front desk responsibilities and patient education? Our office is seeking an experienced Patient Services Specialist and educator: Dermatology/Cosmetic Surgery for our front office. Candidate must be a friendly professional with a minimum of 2 years of dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and skin care educating experience. The ideal candidate is a punctual, reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment. Must be comfortable working as a team and our clients. Skills, abilities and responsibilities to include: (not limited to) Educating our clients about medical, aesthetic treatments and skin care products available in our office. Excellent written, and verbal skills a must. Computer appointments, EMR skills and professional telephone etiquette necessary. Must be proficient in computer scheduling, data entry, insurance understanding Patient check in / out processes, office opening & closing process, client financials, message taking, chart set up Misc clerical tasks, light housekeeping, stocking / inventory supplies and products This position is 4 - 5 days per week, (32-40) hours Hourly and additional quarterly bonus.
