We'll train you from the ground up. If you're eager to learn, show up with a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team, there's a place for you in our kitchen. Have 1+ year of bakery or kitchen experience? You'll have the opportunity to step into a leadership role as Chef Assistant , take the lead in the kitchen, and earn toward the higher end of our pay range. What you'll do: Prepare, bake, and decorate our matcha-inspired pastries and baked goods Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safety compliant Help with prep, inventory, and restocking Work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly on busy days Chef Assistant responsibilities (for experienced candidates): Lead daily bakery production and help guide newer team members Support the Head Chef with scheduling prep, quality checks, and training Help develop and test new menu items What we're looking for: A passion for baking and good food Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [25-50] lbs Availability for [early mornings / weekends / holidays] Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
