We are looking for chef de parties to join our kitchen team and work closely with local produce, meats, and purveyors on a team with a focus on collaboration, seasonality, attention to detail, and delicious food. Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Keller's world-renowned The French Laundry, is set to open a restaurant of his own named Charlie's after his four-year old son. The menu at Charlie's will revolve around local purveyors and have seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chef's favorite family recipes, and highlighting the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.
