possible relocation assistance for chefs within CA Seeking a chef skilled in Mediterranean cuisine to helm a new opening in the Bay Area.

Qualifications has an identity / following / roots in San Francisco has mastered Mediterranean / Southern Italian cuisine comfortable with PR & being the face of the restaurant Responsibilities develop and execute a unique menu in collaboration with the regional chef & VP of Culinary the usual scheduling/payroll, costing, inventory in addition to setting up systems and SOPs in a brand new kitchen recruit sous chefs and line cooks, build prep and training protocols, and run staged/soft-opening service to dial in execution before the official launch.
