Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Japanese hot dishes, including tempura, udon, curry, and appetizers. Follow restaurant recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Handle daily prep and keep the kitchen clean and organized. Follow food safety standards and work closely with the team during service.

Qualifications:
