We host curated tastings, private events, corporate gatherings, and special experiences centered around premium whisky and hospitality. We are looking for a talented, reliable Part-Time Chef to elevate our food offerings for events and curated pairings. Position Overview This role is ideal for a chef with catering or event experience who enjoys working in a boutique, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and execute food for tasting room service and events (birthdays, corporate events, whisky dinners) Design seasonal small plates that pair well with whisky Manage prep and event-day execution independently Coordinate quantities and timing for catering-style service Assist with menu planning and food sourcing Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Prior catering or event experience preferred Ability to work independently in a small kitchen Strong time management skills Comfortable working evening/weekend events Food handler certification required Creative, detail-oriented, and professional
