Job Summary:

The General Manager of Production oversees day-to-day operations for our Production Department to ensure it runs efficiently and that all employees have what they need to be successful (equipment, supplies, and a safe work environment). They should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, create and maintain budgets, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives. Every aspect of our business's day-to-day operation is a concern of the General Manager of Production, and they must be familiar and competent in all aspects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing, monitoring, and motivating staff including managers Allocating budget resources Formulating policies Coordinating business operations Managing operational costs Improving administration processes Hiring and training employees Identifying business opportunities Hands on experience evolving a manufacturing line for growth Help Quality & Engineering team managing corrective actions and preventive actions related to assembly process Requirements Bachelor degree in engineering or in business. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a production industry, managing a team in a EMS environment is plus Able to create SOP and KPIs Strong leadership qualities Familiar with QMS and

ISO 9001, 13485 & ITAR.

Open minded and easy to work with. Excellent record keeping, attention to detail and communication skills Willing to listen to different opinions and capable to balance between business needs and different departments' requirements while stick with major principles

• Must be in the office; remote work is not permitted.
