Our culinary philosophy weaves together globally inspired techniques, references to Chef Limoges' New England roots, and the vibrant bounty of Northern California. Guided by a partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard & Winery, we source the vast majority of our ingredients directly from our fully operational 16-acre farm. We are immensely proud to have achieved a Three-Star Michelin rating within our first 18 months of opening, alongside the prestigious Michelin Green Star, honoring our deep commitment to sustainability. Position Overview We are seeking a disciplined, passionate, and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to lead an assigned station in our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our nightly tasting menu to meticulous standards. Because our open philosophy occasionally brings our culinary team into direct contact with guests, a natural sense of warmth, genuine hospitality, and a desire to elevate the guest experience are paramount. We are looking for someone who loves to learn, welcomes creative feedback, and shows up every day excited to refine their craft.

Key Responsibilities Station Management:

Oversee daily prep, execution, and quality control for your assigned station, ensuring all dishes strictly meet Three-Michelin Star standards.

Ingredient Integrity:

Work closely with the pristine, seasonally driven produce harvested daily from our 16-acre estate farm.

Guest Interaction:

Engage occasionally with dining room guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor, enhancing our elevated guest experience.

Collaboration & Culture:

Maintain a clean, organized, and positive workstation while championing a supportive, professional kitchen environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in menu refinement, embrace constructive feedback, and pursue daily growth.

Ideal Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a Michelin-rated kitchen (Required).

Hospitality Mindset:

A profound commitment to culinary excellence, quality technique, and genuine hospitality.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities gracefully under tight time constraints.

Communication:

Exceptional listening and communication skills, with an innate ability to connect with teammates and guests alike.

Passion:
