The Role As our Executive Sous Chef , you'll be leading the culinary operation, ensuring consistent quality, strong execution, and a well-trained, motivated kitchen team. You'll be hands-on, service-driven, and deeply involved in maintaining standards while helping drive food cost control and guest satisfaction. EOE Qualifications What Makes You You Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant Strong culinary fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail A leadership style that builds accountability, teamwork, and pride Calm under pressure and steady during busy services Passion for food, mentorship, and consistent execution Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
