Duties Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff and coordinating food production activities Oversee food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations, and dietary requirements Lead team management efforts by training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff to achieve peak performance Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations Support menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with customer preferences Manage shift schedules, coordinate catering events, and oversee banquet service to deliver exceptional dining experiences Requirements Proven experience in high volume environments with strong background in food production and kitchen management Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse culinary teams effectively Extensive restaurant experience within the food industry Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and managing food service operations efficiently Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, training, and motivating staff Strong understanding of menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques across various cuisines Experience in managing shifts, controlling costs, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and service excellence Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your leadership fuels our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
