Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the cornerstone of our kitchen operations, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management. Your leadership will inspire creativity, uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality, and ensure seamless coordination across all food service departments. Duties Lead and manage kitchen team, including cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop menus that reflect Boro cafe while maintaining consistency and quality standards Oversee food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet high standards of presentation and taste Supervise food handling, preparation, and service to ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene protocols Manage inventory control and procurement processes to optimize food costs and minimize waste Implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, food safety, and customer service excellence Monitor kitchen operations during shifts to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards Experience Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in restaurant management and food service operations Extensive culinary experience with expertise in planning, food production, and kitchen management Supervising experience leading diverse teams within fast-paced environments Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety regulations, and inventory management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture Hands-on cooking skills complemented by strong organizational abilities in shift management and kitchen oversight Join us as a Chef where your culinary talent will shine!
