Overview We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our catering culinary team. As the head of our kitchen operations, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and team management to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional cuisine across various catering events, from intimate gatherings to large banquets. Duties Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency with brand standards and customer expectations. Manage all aspects of kitchen safety, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols to uphold health regulations. Coordinate with Exec Chef /Owner and clients to customize menus and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and oversee procurement processes to optimize resources. Requirements Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining, or restaurant management with a strong background in food production and culinary arts. Demonstrated supervising experience with teams in a high-volume food service environment. Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety sanitizing procedures, and kitchen management best practices. Skilled in menu planning, food handling, inventory control, and cost management within the food industry. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to manage shifts effectively and motivate staff. Hands-on experience in managing catering events or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
