If you're tired of chaotic kitchens, 1 AM closes, and 5 AM call times, this is a steady, clean, predictable kitchen. What You'll Do Prep produce, proteins, sauces, and dressings from straightforward scratch recipes Portion, label, date, and rotate product (FIFO) Work the grill and assembly line during lunch and dinner service Keep your station clean, stocked, and up to food safety standards What We're Looking For Kitchen experience as a prep cook, line cook, or food prep worker preferred, but attitude and attention to detail matter more
