In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, food quality, and team leadership. Your expertise will ensure exceptional dining experiences, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and foster a collaborative environment that inspires creativity and excellence. Duties Can prepare and cook authentic Caribbean cuisine and fusion dishes Lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative menus tailored to diverse dining concepts, including fine dining Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management, efficient food production, and timely service delivery Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels for all kitchen essentials Mentor and supervise culinary staff, fostering teamwork, skill development, and high performance through effective leadership Create and document standardized recipes with exact measurements, cooking procedures, plating instructions and portion sizes to ensure everny chef can consistently replicate dishes to company standards Monitor food quality standards consistently while implementing continuous improvements in food handling, preparation, and presentation Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or executive chef roles within the food industry with a focus on fine dining or hospitality environments Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams and managing shift operations effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and dietary department procedures Experience with inventory management systems and controlling costs without compromising quality Background in banquet experience, catering coordination, or large-scale event management is highly desirable Excellent leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate across departments Join us as an Executive Chef where your culinary expertise will inspire excellence!
