Responsibilities Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence Lead, mentor, and manage a team of culinary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Oversee inventory control and food management procedures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization Ensure compliance with all food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Manage food service operations during shifts, including overseeing food handling, serving, and customer interactions Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervising experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and food safety protocols Experience with banquet operations, catering services, and restaurant management is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Familiarity with dietary department procedures and food handling standards Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Join us if you're passionate about culinary arts and eager to lead a talented team toward delivering memorable dining experiences.
