Benihana is coming to Islamorada in the Florida Keys , and we're looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our opening team as Hibachi Table Chefs! Our estimated opening is November 2026 , and we're building a fun, talented team now.

NO HIBACHI EXPERIENCE?

NO PROBLEM! You do not need previous hibachi experience to apply. We provide

PAID TRAINING

to teach you the Benihana way! Previous hibachi, teppanyaki, culinary, or restaurant experience is definitely a plus, but what matters most is having a great attitude, willingness to learn, and the personality to entertain our guests while serving amazing food. What You'll Do As a Hibachi Table Chef, you're not just cooking dinner, you're part chef, part entertainer, and part of the experience!

You'll:
