Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Catering Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional catering experiences for a variety of events. This energetic role requires a talented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in menu planning, and demonstrates outstanding leadership skills. As a Catering Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and service execution, ensuring every event exceeds client expectations. Your expertise in fine dining, food safety, and team supervision will be instrumental in creating memorable culinary moments that showcase innovation and quality. Duties Lead the execution of diverse catering menus tailored to client specifications and event themes Supervise food production, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency across all dishes Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, food handling, and adherence to food safety regulations Oversee team management by supervising kitchen staff, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering services Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee procurement to optimize food costs and minimize waste Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Requirements Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining, or large-scale food production environments Supervising experience with a strong background in team management and leadership roles within the food industry Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, menu planning, and food service management Skilled in food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and inventory control systems Demonstrated expertise in catering operations, restaurant management, or hospitality settings Strong understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and clients Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Catering Chef to craft extraordinary culinary experiences that delight guests and elevate our brand.
