Job Description

The Opportunity The Radical is looking for a Sous Chef who's ready to lead from the line, someone hands-on, organized, and genuinely excited about food, not just executing recipes. You'll work directly under our Executive Chef to run daily kitchen operations across Golden Hour, our rooftop bar, and private events, helping translate a seasonal, locally sourced menu into consistent, high-quality plates every service. This is a real seat at the table in a kitchen that's building something distinctive, with the mentorship, structure, and career path of a growing hospitality company behind you.
