Job Description

STARR Restaurants is seeking Sous Chefs to join the opening culinary leadership team for the opening of The Nora Hotel in Fall 2026. Located in the heart of West Palm Beach's NORA District, the 201-room boutique hotel is developed by Richard Born. Inspired by the glamour and effortless sophistication of the French Riviera, this rooftop destination offers a vibrant experience that seamlessly blends all-day dining, sunset cocktails, late-night energy, and poolside leisure. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will support daily culinary operations, lead and develop a large collaborative team, and ensure exceptional food quality and execution across multiple outlets and service styles. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, mentorship, and operational excellence.
