5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club or luxury hotel Experience managing a high-volume scratch kitchen Experience in ordering, receiving product, training and development of staff Proven ability to lead by example Butchering experience Excellent budgetary, projections and cost control skills Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skillsRestaurant Sous Chef Benefits:
