Assistant Chef

We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented Assistant Chef to support our kitchen operations and help provide high-quality meals in a safe and efficient environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef with daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing fruit Support meal preparation and kitchen setup throughout the day Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Help with organizing kitchen supplies and maintaining inventory levels Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to regulations and standards Step in to support the kitchen team wherever needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move kitchen items as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Team player with a positive and supportive attitude Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to follow directions and work efficiently Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices preferred
