This role works closely with the Executive Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and team performance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support prep, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality Lead and direct line cooks during service; maintain pace and standards Assist with ordering, inventory, and waste control Train and support kitchen staff; reinforce systems and expectations Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Step in across stations and shifts as needed Qualifications 2+ years of Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow Experience in high-volume environments preferred Reliable, organized, and able to lead under pressure Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Join Aoki Group and be part of a team focused on consistency, teamwork, and growth.
