Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, shopping, and special dietary requirements. Manage shift operations including staff and maintaining smooth workflow during busy periods. Contribute to kitchen management tasks such as food prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Qualifications Proven experience in banquet service or fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Supervising experience in a hospitality or food service setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of dietary department procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong understanding of inventory management, food handling, and catering logistics. Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, and restaurant operations. Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
