We need someone who can step in confidently, maintain high-quality output during peak service, and be a reliable part of the kitchen crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh nigiri, sashimi, traditional and specialty rolls, and other sushi menu items Execute fast, precise work during high-volume service periods Maintain exceptional station cleanliness and organization Manage prep lists and inventory efficiently Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Uphold strict food safety and quality standards at all timesRequirements:
Proven experience as a sushi chef (minimum 1-2+ years strongly preferred) Strong, consistent knife skills and speed under pressure Ability to produce high-quality sushi quickly and accurately during rushes Professional attitude and strong work ethic — reliability is non-negotiable Punctual and committed to showing up for every scheduled shiftWhat We're Looking For:
