Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team to new heights! In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards Manage daily operations including shift management, food preparation oversight, and kitchen coordination Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Control inventory levels, conduct food production checks, and manage supply orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Train and develop team members on food handling, service techniques, and operational procedures Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on casual dining or fine dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews for hiring new talent Experience in food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage customer relations Previous assistant manager or managerial roles within hospitality or restaurant settings are preferred Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
