Experienced in a variety of areas cooking, baking, and frying. Understanding prep and rich flavors. Creative able to self guide help create new dishes. Needs to be very reliable being this is a high volume establishment. Duties keeping kitchen clean food properly labeled. Making sure we're fully stocked for the day. Give daily reports of low inventory and help with specials items.
