What You'll Do Lead and inspire the back-of-house team through every shift Maintain food quality, consistency, and plating standards Coach, train, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen support staff Build a culture rooted in craft, accountability, and professionalism Manage kitchen operations, station staffing, and daily execution Resolve kitchen issues quickly with composure and problem-solving Work closely with the Executive Chef and front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Monitor food cost, labor, and operational goals What We're Looking For Previous kitchen leadership experience in an upscale casual, fine dining, or hospitality-driven environment Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for culinary craft and developing people Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of technique, sourcing, and kitchen safety/sanitation standards A hands-on leader who leads by example and is willing to work alongside the team Why Dick's We're building something designed to last.
