Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Skills Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in food production techniques and culinary arts. Knowledge of food service management principles, including health regulations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
