Job Overview Duties Meal preparation, ensuring ingredients are prepped according to recipes and dietary guidelines. Making sushi rolls and prepare sushi appetizers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and other culinary instruments. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during meal times. Qualifications Previous experience in a sushi bar position is required. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and preparation.
