REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years' experience working as Sous Chef in a similar restaurant concept or successful Sous Chef with The Black Whale and Cisco NB. Successful completion of The Black Whale and Cisco NB Management Training Program. Successful completion of Sous Chef Development Guide Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams. Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others. Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results Is genuinely hospitable, warm, sensitive, and polite to our Guests. Exhibits a neat, clean, and professional image at all times. Excellent leadership and motivational skills. Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills Excellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills. Able to transport and carry objects (such as cases of product and food plates) up to 50 pounds. Able to maintain a clean dining room and pick up any debris off the floor in all areas of the restaurant. Able to work while standing and moving at a rapid pace as the job requires. Able to complete the job functions in a variety of temperature ranges, including cold temperatures in the cooler/freezer and warm temperatures in the kitchen area.
